Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Ithaca is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ithaca follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have visited this establishment many times now regardless of the long commute. I have always had a very positive experience and I highly suggest any burger on the menu along with the buffalo chicken spring rolls. The service is amazing. Tonight we had Riley and she was very friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner tonight as well. Very friendly and personable!! 10/10 recommend the alehouse!

My sister and I after many years of not being able to spend time together, decided to take a vacation to Ithica for 5 days. Well our first day, after hiking all day on Sunday, we wanted to find a place that had great food and decent drinks. Let me just say, hands down, right from the get-go, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the food, which was absolutely on point and hit the spot. Plus we had drinks which was well needed after the long day we had. Made perfectly along with a great conversation with several members of this wonderful establishment. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner. I can't thank you all enough for giving my sister and I an absolutely wonderful experience during our vacation. Trust me, you will be seeing us again before we leave!!!! β€οΈπ«Ά

Stopped for lunch and our fun server Bethany took great care of us. We opted for the Ale House Philly and Onion Soup! Delicious! You should not skip eating here! We also enjoyed a few draught beers.

Extremely enjoyable dinner. I was in town for work and wanted to try a place in walking distance to my hotel. Chose this location on reviews. Started with the 6 Onion Soup which was fantastic. For my dinner I ordered the Knife and Fork Steak. I loved the steak and happy I chose it. Overall a very nice dinner and great service.

So far, super disappointing. I hate giving this place less than good review, but- I thought I was treated poorly by the employees . Went to see a show at state theater. We were initially put in the aisle where everyone walks by, and servers, too.. I declined to be seated there. Seating lady said that they were saving seats because band was going to be there...Hours from now there might be a band? Also others get the booths? We were there at 4:30, having made reservations and- No one here... No way for this place to disrespect a customer. We ended up in a back room being used for storage of some bags of stuff. With small flies circling around us , landing on our food while we ate. Food was good. But see pics. Classic burger, pink inside. Like it that way. Fries good. Server did come by to ask if we liked food, we acknowledged it was good. Fish chips were good, but the skin was left on fish. Didn't like that. Potato served with fish was good. Chipotle tartar was too spicy, did not have regular tartar? Any way showed waiter a fly on plate. No reaction. No discount. Not interested in going again.
